ABOUT THIS MANUAL
 
The New Jersey HCBS IDD Provider Policy & Procedure Manual provides a comprehensive and structured framework for establishing and operating a fully compliant provider agency delivering Home and Community-Based Services (HCBS) to individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities (IDD) under the New Jersey Division of Developmental Disabilities (DDD). This manual is designed in alignment with the New Jersey Administrative Code (NJAC), including NJAC 10:44C, NJAC 10:49, and all pertinent Medicaid and DDD policy manuals, guidance documents, and licensing requirements specific to providers enrolled in the Supports Program and the Community Care Program (CCP).
